This is another one of many shots covering some of the spectacular animals at Night Song Refuge in North Carolina.
What kind of animal do you think this is? If you said wolf you are wrong. If you said wolfdog you are wrong. It is a coyote! Obvious right? It still amazes me how many people get confused at the physical differences between coyotes and wolves. Not only are the muzzles and ears a HUGE clue, but the size difference makes the confusion hard to understand. Anyways, this is Pepper if memory serves correct. Pepper was one of two coyotes cared for at Night Song. This was quite the spunky little coyote and somewhat difficult to get a picture of. However, I will definitely have more pictures to share here soon. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
