This is the first of many pictures to feature the amazing animals of Wolf Haven International in Washington. I was lucky enough to be able to visit this sanctuary around the middle of last month just before everything happened with Gurty. I was lucky enough to get a few decent captures even though the lighting and fences were against me. In this particular shot you can see one of their two coyotes. This is Carosal. If you look closely you can just see the eartips of the other coyote, Os, that shares the enclosure.

I was particularly amused when they started their vocalizations along with the howling of the wolves in the background. If you haven't heard the two side by side then I thoroughly recommend it. There's no mistaking the difference. Hopefully I'll have a youtube video up of it in time.
